Every great space gets even better with feedback (Even if it can be really irritating) Whether it’s a broken tool, a great idea, or something that’s just not working. We want to hear about it.

Most places Maker/HackerSpaces use a mix of email, group chats, and message boards to keep communication flowing. And thats great. BUT:
In-person conversations are still the most effective.
They’re clearer, quicker, and far less likely to be misunderstood.
Its harder to bullshit when someone is in front of you.
📌 Use the whiteboard, chat with a person who helps look after the place, or speak up during open sessions. Face-to-face conversations lead to real action, faster.

Digital systems are available for reporting and discussion, but they should support not replace in-person communication. Use them purposefully, and avoid letting them become time-consuming or the only way issues are raised.
Don’t let digital chatter consume all your time
Don’t let digital become the only way things get communicated
Use tools purposefully and not as a substitute for real engagement
⚠️ Digital systems are in place for reporting and discussion but they’re meant to support, not replace, in-person communication.
