In-person conversations are still the most effective.

They’re clearer, quicker, and far less likely to be misunderstood.

Its harder to bullshit when someone is in front of you.

📌 Use the whiteboard, chat with a person who helps look after the place, or speak up during open sessions. Face-to-face conversations lead to real action, faster.

• Yes, but they cannot use XYZ stuff.

What! why not?

• Joining is mandatory for everyone who wishes to use the {Insert Name}, regardless of their intended use.
• Anyone using any tools or equipment must be a member due to insurence, H&S and we relay on membership fees to survive. Do not hide this last fact…if it is one.

Can I use all the equipment at once if I need to:

• No. Remember it's a shared workshop. Tying up all the equipment for one project means other users of the workshop don't get to work on their own projects.
